Twitter Applications (Part – 43)

337. TweeterTags : TweeterTags aims to add to the existing functionality of Twitter imageby  allowing users to tag themselves, and find others according to similar tags. TweeterTags works in two ways: Firstly, it allows you to tag yourself according to your own interests, skills or topics; Secondly, it utilises information via the Twitter API to show you what tags your friends are using and allow you to connect with them and others sharing the tags you're interested in.

338.  Tweetlancers : Tweetlancers is a free website for the digital industry that lets you post jobs that need doing, or list your details if you are looking for work, simply by tweeting from your Twitter account. Using Tweetlancers is as easy as pie. To list a job you want done, all you have to do is make a post about the job from your Twitter account and include tweetlancersJOB in your post. It also helps to include one or two of the suggested tags in your post, in order to help people find your job. Once you have made your post on Twitter, the post will appear in our lists at tweetlancers.com

339. Fast140 : Fast140 is an interesting twitter game. This is an interesting way to test your typing speed. Once you login, it will display random tweet message of 140 characters. You have to type the exact words shown in that tweet. It will start counting once you type first character. It also highlights the characters you typed till now and wont highlight if you type wrong. At the end, it will give your typing speed info and your rank.

340. TwitterGrep : Twitter Grep is a simple way to see and discuss all the latest news coming out of Twitter. TwitterGrep.com aims to be the New York Times/Bloomberg Terminal of Twitter. There's so much great information in Twitter, TwitterGrep bring this information to you in the simplest form. This is the place where you can find all those tweets related to News, Tech, Pics, Gossip, Sports etc..

344. PageTweet : PageTweet is an innovative way to shrink your long url to a meaningful url. Enter the url, your nickname and 140 character message. It shrinks long url provide you a new short url. When someone open this short url, it redirects to original long url (same as tinyurl and other url shortners). However it also shows your message/tweet on the top of website. It also gives you the number of hits/clicks to that url since it is created.
