Twitter Applications (Part – 18)

More twitter applications. If you have developed any such twitter mash up, feel free to send me an email about it. I will be happy to include in the list. Please first check here whether your application is already included or not.

137. Twittertise : Twittertise allows you to advertise on Twitter and track the  success of branded communications with your customers. Using Twittertise you can schedule your communications on Twitter and using URL tracking technology measure the effectiveness of your traffic driving techniques on the platform.

138. SayTweet : SayTweet was inspired by an innovative way of displaying Twitter statuses from the folks at Textopoly. Say Tweet helps you to create a Twitter badge (also known as a canvas) that shows your updates on a picture. You can upload, tag, and embed the SayTweet canvas onto your web site or blog. No other configuration or files are required - just three lines of code! If you are already using the official Twitter badge, then the SayTweet canvas is compatible with your site.

139. twiggit : twiggit is an automated service that lets your friends  on twitter know what articles you digg. It's pretty simple, every so often it checks for the last article that you voted for on digg, and update your twitter status to reflect this. If a new article has been dugg, it will set the title and a link to it on digg as your status.

140. Twitt.icio.us : This is a twitter and Del.icio.us mashup. It provides a simple light weight interface to import links from a twitter timeline to your del.icio.us account. There is no database, no logs, no GUI. You can choose whether you want to import links from twitter public timeline or from your twitter account. Provide your del.icio.us account id and password and you are done.

141. TwitterNotes : The best way to get things done is to keep a record of the everything we have to do/remember. This is the basic idea behind TwitterNotes. Using TwitterNotes, you can twit your note, tag it and it will get added to your note list. Inside TwitterNotes you can see and manage all your notes and tags freely. For more information see How can I take a note using Twitter?.

142. Twitterment : Twitterment is a dedicated twitter search engine which is powered by google. I guess it uses google custom search engine to search the entered query. Whatever word you enter it will search inside twitter.com and display relevant result on the same page.

143. AddTweets : This is a simple project created by Scott Oldford image and James Deer to allow people to easily integrate twitter with their websites. This is a FREE service allows you to add your latest tweets to a blog or website using a small piece of JavaScript code. Just enter your twitter nick name and number of tweets (max 10) you want to display on your website/blog. It will provide a javascript. Copy and paste it on your website or blog.

144. Tweenky : A web-based micro-blogging ("tweet") client that currently supports Twitter. It is integrated with search.twitter.com (formerly Summize) to allow you to find & track content as it flows through the "Twitterverse". It is powered by Ajax and provides an auto-tweet-updating goodness so you never have to reload. Offline tracking helps to have new tweets sent to your email or IM client in realtime.
