Twitter Applications (Part – 23)

More twitter applications. If you have developed any such twitter mash up, feel free to send me an email about it. I will be happy to include in the list. Please first check here whether your application is already included or not.

177. TweetScribe : TweetScribe is a new service that gives you a twitter feed by topic or search term, instead of by who you know. Follow what people talk about and stay up to date on any topic. Find out what people are saying about you or your company.

178. GoodBad.me : GoodBad.me is a twitter mashup that keeps track of your good and back deeds. You can compare your good deeds with the others bad ones or just get a feeling for what kind of evil is going on in the twitterverse. You just follow @goodbadme. It will follow you back and search your tweets for good and bad deeds.

179. TwitteRel : TwitteRel helps you to make your (virtual) life a lot more interesting by connecting you to other twitter users (from all over the world) who share the same interests as you do. You have to provide some key words based on your own interests and rest it will do for you.

180. FutureTweets : FutureTweets.com is a free service that lets you schedule your Twitter messages. Send it at a specific time in the future or send a reoccuring Tweet daily, weekly, monthly or yearly! You'll never forget the birthdays of your beloved Twitter friends again! Just schedule a nice Tweet on their birthday!

181. TwitterLeague : Have a group of users and want to see who has more followers? Well now you can with TwitterLeague. It's really simple, just sign in with your existing Twitter username and create your league (or as many leagues as you like). All you do is then grab the code and paste it anywhere you like for all to see.

182. Twidge : Twidge is a tool for interacting with microblogging image sites such as Twitter and identi.ca. Twidge is a full command-line client. It is designed to be useful when you're sitting at a shell prompt. It's also designed to work well with the Unix/POSIX/Linux shell scripting environment. It produces output in well-formed and easily-parsed ways, and has various features for working with piped data.

183. iTwote : iTwote is started with the intension to find who the most popular Twitter user (called as “TwitterGuru”)in India is. It’s basically a voting system. Those interested in participating in the poll must first follow @itwote on Twitter. Then you must tweet your nomination. If you wanted to vote for someone, you will tweet:

@itwote #twitterguru @twitter_user

The more such nominations a user receives, the more points he/she builds up till the day of the nomination counting.

184. gtwit : gtwit is a dynamic web based client for twitter that stores all tweets you send or follow on google's cloud infrastructure so you can search your tweets by person, word or tag.No installation required - works in FireFox or Safari. It supports multiple twitter accounts and shrinks the links you type so you can fit more into your 140 characters.
