Google today announced the Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook. Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook lets you use Microsoft Outlook seamlessly with Google Apps Premier or Education Editions. This will help businesses to run Microsoft Outlook on Google Apps instead of Microsoft Exchange, so they can achieve the cost savings, security and reliability of Google Apps while employees use the interface they prefer for email, contacts and calendar.
Many business users prefer Gmail's interface and features to products they've used in the past. But sometimes there are people who just love Outlook. For them, Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook will be useful. It enables Outlook users to connect to Google Apps for business email, contacts and calendar. And they can always use Gmail's web interface to access their information when they're not on their work computer.
Key features include:
- Email, calendar, and contacts synchronization. For email, the plug-in uses the offline Gmail protocol, which is much faster than IMAP or other methods.

At work with outlook files I usually use next software-how to convert .ost file to .pst files,because in my opinion tool is reliable and has many good probabilities,moreover it can likewise convert from ost to pst software will convert *.ost to *.pst extension, that can be easily opened by any email client, compatible with Microsoft Outlook,can see a preview window of ost pst conversion 2003, that shows emails, which were recovered successfully by ost to pst tools,convert to pst can process damaged *.ost files, but, when it is heavily damaged, you can see some minor blind spots in a preview window,export your mailbox to a file with *.pst extension.
