What do you expect from Twitter, a micro-blogging service that allows you to update your status in 140 characters, if it goes to T.V. show ? Well, its surprisingly true that twitter is planning for T.V. series. According to news from associated press, twitter has teamed with Reveille productions and Brillstein Entertainment Partners to develop an unscripted series based on the site, which invites 140-character postings from members around the world.
According to variety, concept was created by novelist/screenwriter Amy Ephron, who will exec produce with Reveille's Mark Koops and Howard T.
It will be really exciting to see the magic of “140” on TV.
Reveille productions is the one who gave many hits series which include “Ugly Betty”, “The Office”, “The Tudors” and reality shows like “The Biggest Loser”. Reveille Productions is Los Angeles based television and motion picture studio and production company. In February 2008, Elisabeth Murdoch's (daughter of Rupert Murdoch) Shine Productions has bought Reveille for $125 million from NBC chief Ben Silverman who earlier owned the company.
