Improve Your Email Communication Using Topicr

No doubt that emails are now part of our daily life. However there are couple of issues that we face daily while dealing with emails. Sending attachments in email make them slow. Email messages and attachments are also difficult to organize.

In addition, email overloading is another pain to most of us. Besides spam, unwanted emails from the people we know could contribute to the pain in great deal. For instance, your friends added you into the loop to discuss something that you are not that into or vice versa. The problem here is that a recipient has no practical option to block unwanted emails from someone he/she knows.

Topicr is a managing utility for your email communications. It is a utility to improve email communication. Sending emails in Topicr is similar to sending emails in existing web mails.

You compose email messages as usual and send to your friends. Most of the benefits will take place automatically.

You can initiate a new topic by using "Compose Email Topic". If you want to have your corresponding emails to be aggregated under an existing topic, use the "New" and "Reply" buttons of the existing topic.

If your friend doesn't want to receive emails from a topic, he/she can click on the Filter iconin front of the topic title to prevent further emails sending to inbox. Your messages will be kept in Topicr for him/her to check out later.

By using Topicr, you give an option to your friends to decide if emails of certain topics should reach their inboxes.

There are couple of advantages of Topicr:

  • Separating clumsy attachments from emails and make the email messages as light as they should be.
  • Processing the attachment contents so that you can view them quickly and easily, without downloading, opening and storing locally.
  • Aggregating communications and contents into topics so that you can only read the ones that matter to you.
  • Reducing irrelevant emails reaching your inbox by filtering out the topics that you are not interested.

Topicr is perfect for :

  • Emails with documents, videos, audio albums, images and bookmarks.
  • Filtering out unwanted emails to your and your friends' inboxes by topics.
  • Organizing your email communications.
  • Subscribing to public topics.
  • Sending large files - upto 250M per file.

File Formats :

Topicr accepts all kinds of data types, as long as they are uploadable or submittable. It means most of the file and text formats you have seen. Topicr will automatically categorize your data according to the following simple rules:
